Return Policies
In the event you need to return a part please read these policies and use the contact email form below.

New Returns
We accept returns on new, un-installed parts for up to 30 days from date of purchase without a re-stocking fee. We cannot refund or reimburse any shipping fees unless the reason for the return was an error on our part.

All new returns must be in their original packaging, complete with any instructions, manufacturer information or additional hardware or components that came with the part.

We can't make any promises on accepting returns after 30 days but will treat them on a case by case basis and do what we can.

Core Returns
All cores must be returned in their original packaging. Cores involving liquids, such as brake calipers and power steering pumps or racks, must be properly drained and sealed. All cores will be inspected and must be in a rebuild-able condition.

Defective Returns
All parts come with a minimum 90 day warranty. Most parts have longer warranties from the manufacturer which we also honor. We can usually provide a refund on a defective part within 48 hours of receiving it but some parts need to be returned to the manufacturer to verify the defect and this will result in a delay.
